Answer: If you’re performing fat transfer to the buttocks, you have to get the fat from somewhere so the abdomen would be as good of a place as any as to remove fat from. Typically we do liposuction in the areas that have the most fat and then transfer it to the area that needs fat such, as the buttocks but also the breast or the face.
