I’m a male, 55 years old and I have a tired appearance most of the time. I believe it is due to permanent circles under my eyes. I’ve been looking into blepharoplasty. It looks like you will remove the fat that?s causing the circles, but wouldn?t that create loose skin? Do you remove some skin as well?
A tired appearance due to excess skin at the lower eyelids, circles, or excess fat of the lower eyelids needs to be evaluated on an individual basis. Some people have extra fat, some people have extra skin, and some people have both. Some patients are just treated with lasers, and some people are treated with fillers, so this is a very individual approach depending on the patient’s needs.
