I doubt the broken capillaries have anything to do with the facelift performed seven months ago. We treat these types of capillaries very frequently with laser therapy. It is a non-surgical procedure that we perform. It takes a few minutes, there is very little pain, the patient has no bruising, and most of the capillaries are completely gone by the time the patient leaves the office.
