A droopy nasal tip may be fixed with a nose job, or rhinoplasty. This is generally done in an open fashion with a small incision in the columella portion of the nose and with this we usually use some cartilage grafts or reshaping of the existing cartilage to correct the underlying structure which fixes the droopy nasal tip.
