I’m only two months postoperative for my male breast reduction. I’m ready to get back to my exercise routine except that every time I try jogging I feel like my boobs are jiggling even though I don’t have boobs anymore. Is this normal, and is there anything I could do to make exercising more comfortable?
I would suggest to not jog at this point if it’s too tender, and instead go to an activity that doesn’t result in quite as much pressure, such as StairMaster or elliptical training or even a stationary bicycle until the time is right and they don’t hurt anymore. For a woman after a traditional breast reduction who is uncomfortable at two months with the feeling, I would suggest a tight sports bra before any exercise.
