I've been doing my research on the facelift vs. a mini face lift. Could you please give me some pros and cons of each? The incisions for the facelift and mini facelift may vary a little bit but they are almost identical. It all has to do with the amount of dissection on the face and the more dissection, the better the results, especially in the central neck. People with a very bad central neck may require a more extensive procedure. The mini facelift is better for younger patients who just need a little touch up and most people who had a previous facelift who just need a little improvement.
