What Is the Treatment Like?
The treatment is extremely comfortable. Numbing cream is not generally used but ProNox (laughing gas) may be used for sensitive patients. Externa eye shields (like a tanning bed) are used, and gel is placed on the area to be treated. A typical chest treatment is under 10 minutes. The skin may be mildly red for an hour. The skin is not broken so there is no healing time and makeup can be applied immediately. There may be a small amount of crusting that gradually goes away. The only restriction is to completely avoid the sun for several days. You are free to return to work, indoor exercise, dinner out, or other activities immediately after the procedure.
What Can I Expect in the Results?
For optimal results, we may recommend a series of treatments. You may be advised that a combination of treatments will produce the best results, such as MOXI combined with BBL.
